The flower arrangement was absolutely gorgeous!! I mean, wow!! They were delivered 3 days early, so I didn't get to enjoy them as long as I would have liked to, but they were truly amazingly beautiful and they smelled wonderful as well!

Had made 2 little mistakes with my order. Called and spoke with them. I thought they'd bring the left out flowers and balloon. Instead she went way above and beyond my expectations. She made an entire new bouquet with all the items. This was for my friends 50th birthday and she was so pleased. My sincere thanks to you. You'll always have my business!

Note: I ordered online and never directly interacted with anyone, so I can't comment on personal service. The sympathy arrangement ordered however was beautiful, larger than expected (especially given the reasonable price!), and was on time. They met my expectations!

I called last minute to send flowers to my 5 year granddaughter who had surgery. The customer service was wonderful! They were very kind and patient helping me figure out the right floral arrangement. They delivered that afternoon with a beautiful unicorn flower arrangement and a teddy bear! She loved it! Thank you again and I will for sure be using you in the future!
